Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CODOTECH website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

CODOTECH provides professional technology services including computer software design, website design and development, fashion design consulting, computer rental, and software maintenance. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each engagement will be defined in a separate Service Agreement executed between CODOTECH and the client.

3. Engagement and Payment

Service engagements begin upon execution of a Service Agreement. Payment terms, including amounts, schedule, and methods, are specified in each individual Service Agreement. CODOTECH accepts payment via bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and PayPal.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created by CODOTECH specifically for a client under a Service Agreement shall be transferred to the client. CODOTECH retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the engagement. CODOTECH may reference the engagement in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

CODOTECH agrees to keep confidential all proprietary and sensitive information disclosed by clients during the course of service engagements. This obligation survives the termination of any Service Agreement for a period of two (2) years.

6. Limitation of Liability

CODOTECH warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. CODOTECH's total liability under any Service Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client. CODOTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Website Use

You may use the CODOTECH website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CODOTECH and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a Service Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered and expenses incurred through the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or CODOTECH's services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

CODOTECH reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
